- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Pepper
- kimchi juice
- Sesame oil
- garlic flakes
- Scallions
- Egg

Directions

Preparation
1. Cut kimchi, mince garlic, chop onion, cut longanisa into small pieces, and cut scallions.
Frying
1. Fry onion, garlic, and kimchi on medium high heat.
Adding Ingredients
1. Add rice and mix in longanisa to the pan.
2. Add in sugar, gochujang, soy sauce, butter, kimchi juice.
Serving
1. Sprinkle garlic flakes and drizzle sesame oil over the rice.
2. Top it off with an egg and scallions.
