Ingredients

For the base
- 1 cup Red lentils
- 1 cup Water
- 1 clove Garlic
- pinch Salt flower
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Oil spray
For the pizza
- 0.5 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 beefsteak tomato, in thick slices
- 0.5 cup Basil leaves, washed, disinfected

Directions

For the base
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF.
2. Blend all the ingredients until fully integrated. Pour the dough in a pizza tray or dish with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes or until it firms up.
For the pizza
1. Spread the sauce on the baked dough. Place slices of cheese and tomato all around the dough. Bake for 10 minutes or until the dough is crunchy and the cheese melted.
2. Garnish with basil leaves.
3. Share and enjoy.
