Directions

Preparing the Sauce
1. Add your fresh and dry Thai chilis, garlic, and MSG to the mortar and smash until paste-like consistency.
2. Add sugar, shrimp paste, fish sauce, lime. Combine well.
3. Taste sauce and adjust to your liking.
Adding the Vegetables
1. Add tomato, string bean, and lightly smash so tomato can release juices.
