Directions

Preparation of cucumber
1. Using a knife, slice the cucumber into thin strips.
2. Set aside.
Preparation of sauce
1. In a mortar, add palm sugar, Thai peppers, and garlic.
2. Smash into paste.
3. Add shrimp paste, fish sauce, and lime juice.
4. Stir until well combined.
