- 4 c All purpose flour
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 c Milk
- 0.5 c ghee
- 0.75 c water

Directions

Preparing the Dough
1. Start flattening the dough with the pastry wheel.
2. Make it as thin as possible. You should be able to see through it.
3. Sprinkle some flour and start scrunching it up like a paper fan while stretching it towards you.
4. Now start rolling it on your 4 fingers.
5. Once it’s completely rolled, squeeze it off your fingers and “pera” is ready to be rolled with the pastry wheel one last time.
Cooking the Dough
1. Now gently place it on a flat cookware.
2. Add ghee to both sides to ensure a golden brown crust.
3. Once it puffs up, it’s ready to be taken off the flame.
Serving Suggestions
1. Enjoy it with fried eggs and chicken gravy.
