Ingredients

Corn Recipe
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Chili powder, optional
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 0.5 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Scallions

Directions

Preparation of Corn
1. If using fresh corn, remove the kernels from the cob.
2. In an oven-safe skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the corn kernels and sauté for about 5 minutes until the corn is cooked and softened.
4. Add sugar, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the skillet.
5. Stir well to evenly coat the corn with the seasonings.
6. Reduce the heat to low and add Kewpie mayo.
7. Stir until the mayonnaise is well incorporated and coats the corn.
8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the corn.
9. Transfer to a broiler on high heat and cook for about 3 minutes until the cheese melts and turns golden brown.
10. Sprinkle with scallions for added freshness.
