Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken
- 4 ounces glass noodle
- 2 medium Potatoes, 2 inch pieces
- 1 medium Carrot, 2 inch pieces
- 1 large Onion, 2 inch pieces
- 2 red chilis
- 3 cups water
- 2 stalk Green onion, 2 inch pieces
Sauce
- 0.333 c Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp raw sugar
- 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp Mirin
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 0.25 tsp Ground black pepper
- 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Soak the dried glass noodle in warm water for 20 minutes and set aside.
2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces, roughly 1.5-2 inches.
Preparing the Chicken
1. In a large pot, add the chicken, all the sauce and water.
2. Boil it to a boil over medium-high heat and let it cook for around 10 minutes, covered.
Adding the Vegetables
1. After 10 minutes, add in the potatoes, carrots, and onions and boil for another 10 minutes, covered.
Final Steps
1. Add in the glass noodles, red chillies and green onions and simmer for another few minutes.
2. Top with roasted sesame seeds.
3. Serve with a bowl of steamed rice!
