- 4 oz King oyster mushrooms
- 4 oz cocktail sausages
- 1 c Korean rice cakes
- 4 oz baby bella mushrooms
- 0.5 c kimchi
- 1 c baked beans
- 2 stalk Scallions, cut diagonally
- 4 c unsalted Chicken Stock
- 1 pack instant ramen noodles
- 1 slice American cheese
Sauce Mixture
- 0.25 c gochugaru (Korean Red Pepper Powder)
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp water
Garnishments
- Scallions
- Serrano peppers, optional
- Thai chili peppers

Directions

Make the sauce
1. Combine the listed ingredients.
Prepare the pot
1. In a medium size shallow pot, arrange onions, firm tofu, spam, king oyster mushrooms, cocktail sausages, Korean rice cakes, baby bella mushrooms, kimchi, baked beans, scallions, sauce mix, and unsalted chicken stock.
Boil and cook
1. Bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
2. Stir the sauce mix and add instant noodles and sliced cheese.
3. Cook for 3 more minutes until the cheese is melted and the noodles are cooked through.
Garnish
1. Garnish with scallions, Serrano peppers, and Thai chili peppers.
