- Scallions
- 5 clove Garlic
- 1 pack firm tofu
- 0.5 c Cornstarch
- Oil
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 0.5 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Sesame seeds

Directions

Preparation
1. Press firm tofu.
2. Chop onions, scallions, and mince garlic.
3. Cut the tofu into small cubes.
4. Coat the tofu with cornstarch.
Making the Sauce
1. Make the sauce using gochujang, gochugaru, cornstarch, soy sauce, maple syrup, mirin, and rice vinegar.
Cooking the Tofu
1. Fry the tofu on both sides until golden brown (work in batches).
2. Sauté vegetables on medium heat.
3. Mix in the sauce.
4. Add tofu and drizzle sesame oil.
Garnishing and Serving
1. Garnish with sesame seeds and the rest of the scallions.
2. Serve with rice.
