- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic, crushed
- 1 c kimchi
- 1 c jasmine rice
- 1 tbsp Gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
Toppings
- fried eggs
- Sesame seeds
- Cucumber, julienne
- Kizami Nori

Directions

Instructions
1. In a hot wok, add chopped turkey bacon.
2. Stir until cooked. This should take about a minute or two.
3. Then add onions and garlic.
4. Stir for 30 seconds before adding in the kimchi.
5. Once kimchi starts to sizzle, add in the rice, gochujang paste, and soy sauce.
6. Stir it well before adding in the butter.
7. Let it melt through before turning off the heat and pouring some sesame oil.
8. Stir one last time and serve immediately.
9. Enjoy it with fried eggs, sesame seeds, julienne cucumber, and Kizami Nori!
