Main Ingredients
- 0.5 Onion, finely diced
- 1 c kimchi
- 1 lb bulgogi
- 1 bag Mozzarella cheese
- tortillas
- Cooking spray
Sauce
- gochujang
- Honey
- Kewpie mayo
- kimchi juice

- Scallions

Directions

Preparation
1. Finely dice onion and cut kimchi using a scissor.
2. Turn the stove to medium low, add oil to a pan, and caramelize onions until brown in color. Remove onions from the pan.
3. Add oil to the pan. Before you add the kimchi to the pan, squeeze out as much of the liquid as possible. Fry the kimchi on medium high heat. Remove kimchi from the pan.
4. Drizzle oil to the pan. Cook bulgogi on medium high heat until the marinade sucks up all that sauce.
Assembling the Taquito
1. Assemble the taquito: bulgogi, onions, kimchi, mozzarella cheese.
2. Roll the taquito and seal with a toothpick.
3. Before cooking, spray with cooking spray or oil. Air fry at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
Preparing the Sauce
1. Make sauce with Gochujang, honey, kewpie mayo, and kimchi juice.
Garnishing and Serving
1. Garnish with scallions and dip into the sauce. Enjoy~
