Jujube Tea
- 20 jujubes
- 6 c water
- 1 Ginger, knob
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Honey

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Wash and dry jujubes and ginger.
2. Cut jujubes in half without completely splitting it.
3. Remove skin off the ginger and cut into small pieces.
4. Remove the seed from one jujube while cutting around the center.
5. Roll the jujube skin and cut into pieces, forming little flower shapes (garnish).
Cooking Process
1. Add jujubes, ginger, cinnamon stick, and water in a pot.
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Once it boils, reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour.
4. Take out ingredients and place on top of a sieve.
5. Mash all the ingredients to let the juices and pulp go through.
6. Boil again so your tea can be super warm.
Final Touch
1. Add honey according to your desired taste.
