- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Cayenne
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lime juice

Directions

Marinade Notes
1. You can substitute the sugar for an alternative sugar if you want.
2. Keep in freezer for up to 3 months if you are using a ziploc bag. Up to 6 months if you are using a vacuum sealer.
3. Marinade is for 2 X-large chicken breasts that we cut in half to make 4 pieces. Feel free to double the recipe if you are feeding more people.
4. Cooked chicken will last in the fridge for 4 days or frozen for 3 months.
5. This marinade is great with other proteins: shrimp, pork, tofu.
