Jerk Marinade
- 0.5 c White vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tsp Browning
- 4 Scotch Bonnets
- 1 White onion, diced
- 4 Scallions, diced
- 4 tsp Dried thyme
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tsp Ground Allspice
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp Ground nutmeg
- 4 tsp Fresh ginger, about 1 ounce
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 10 clove Garlic, peeled
- 0.5 c Orange juice
- 1 Lime, remove or chop the skin off the lime
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp Coarse Pepper
- 10 slices Beef Bacon

Directions

Instructions
1. In a blender, blend all of the marinade ingredients.
2. Lay the bacon down in a dish, generously spread the marinade on both sides of each piece of bacon, and refrigerate for four to twenty-four hours.
3. Using a baking sheet with a rack, line each piece of bacon side by side and bake on 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until your desired doneness.
