- 2 Limes, sliced
- Smoked paprika, to taste
- furikake, to taste
- Japanese Kewpie mayo
- katsuobushi (bonito flakes)

Directions

1. Roast corn in oven set to 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
2. Combine softened butter and miso together. Rub on corn when corn is cooked.
3. Top with smoked paprika, furikake, kewpie mayo, and bonito flakes to taste. Serve with sliced limes.
