- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 lb chicken sausage
- 1 c Plain breadcrumbs
- 0.5 Parmesan cheese, Finely grated
- 0.25 c Fresh basil, Chopped
- 0.25 c Fresh parsley, Chopped
- 0.25 c Milk
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Tomato paste
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion, Grated
- 2 Garlic cloves, Minced
- salt and pepper, To taste
- Extra virgin olive oil, For drizzling

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, basil, parsley, milk, ketchup, tomato paste, salt, pepper, eggs, garlic and onions. Stir until well combined. Add the ground beef and sausage. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
3. Use an ice cream scoop to form the meat mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls (22 to 24 meatballs). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Bake until cooked through, 15-20 minutes.
