- 1 pint Ice cream, Mandorla flavor (toasted almond)
- 1.5 cups self-rising flour
- 1.5 tsp Baking powder, only if you don't have self-rising flour
- Sprinkles, optional

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Scoop ice cream out of the tub (it can be any flavor you’d like!) and let it melt.
3. Once melted, add flour (and baking powder if necessary) and stir until fully combined.
4. Pour batter inside a loaf pan, add sprinkles on top (optional).
5. Bake for 35 minutes, or until you can insert a toothpick and it comes out clean without any batter.
6. Cool down for 10 minutes and cut.
7. Enjoy!
