- 2 c old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 c raw nuts and/or seeds
- 0.5 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 c Coconut oil, melted
- 0.5 c Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 0.5 c dried fruit

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 300˚F.
2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combining Ingredients
1. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts or seeds, salt and cinnamon.
2. Add the coconut oil, honey and vanilla and stir again until the mixture is well combined.
Transfer and Bake
1. Transfer the granola mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
2. Bake until the granola is golden brown, stirring halfway through, about 30 minutes.
Cooling and Storing
1. Allow the granola to cool completely, then stir in the dried fruit and any optional add-ins you’d like.
2. Break the granola into smaller pieces and store in an airtight container.
