Chicken
- 3 Chicken breast, cubed and brined
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
Glaze
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tsp Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 6 dashes Hot sauce
- 0.5 Lemon, squeezed

Directions

Preparation of Chicken Skewers
1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
2. Start by chopping your chicken breast into cubes about ½ in. in thickness.
3. Season chicken with seasoning.
4. Once chicken is seasoned, skewer 6 pieces on a bamboo skewer.
5. Place skewered chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Drizzle your chicken with avocado oil once it is on the skewers.
7. Bake at 350° F for 10 to 15 minutes. After 10-15 minutes remove from heat.
Preparation of Hot Honey Glaze
1. While your chicken is cooking, prepare the hot honey glaze.
2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
3. Once the butter is melted add brown sugar, hot sauce and lemon juice.
4. Continue to stir and bring mixture to a simmer.
Final Steps
1. After the chicken has been baking for 10 minutes add glaze to the top of the skewers and add back to the oven.
2. I like to flip my chicken halfway and glaze the other side.
3. Once the chicken is golden and cooked through 165F internal temp. Remove from the oven.
4. Enjoy!
