- 1 hot cocoa mix
- mini marshmallows
- chocolate fudge
- marshmallow spread

Directions

Preparation of Pancake Batter
1. Preheat griddle to 350° F.
2. Whisk together one cup of Pancake Mix with water and the hot cocoa mix.
3. Rest batter for 2 minutes.
Cooking the Pancakes
1. Grease griddle and pour around 1/4 cup of batter per pancake.
2. Top each pancake with mini marshmallows and flip over once the batter begins to bubble.
