Pasta
- 1 box rigatoni pasta
- 1 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 3 c Bolognese sauce
- 4 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 c fresh mozzarella

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 380°F.
2. Cook pasta al dente and strain.
3. Grease a 9’ spring pan with butter and ladle some bolognese sauce.
4. Stand rigatoni noodles on end, one next to each other, until pan is filled.
5. Top with some shredded mozzarella and top each rigatoni noodle with a small piece of fresh mozzarella.
6. Add remaining sauce on top and sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top to fill holes and gaps in an even layer.
7. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake 20 minutes.
8. Remove foil and cook another 10 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
