- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Lemon juice

Directions
1. In a bowl, whisk your egg white until frothy.
2. Add your salt, pepper, garlic powder, and arrowroot starch.
3. Mix to combine.
4. Pat your shrimp dry and add it to the batter.
5. In a pan over medium-high heat, add your oil.
6. When shimmering, add your shrimp in batches and fry on each side until golden brown.
7. In a bowl, combine your mayo, condensed milk, lemon juice, and honey.
