Ingredients

Chicken Seasoning
- 0.5 tsp poultry seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp Oregano
- 3 lb Chicken Thighs
Honey Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 0.5 c Honey
- 0.25 c Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 2 tsp Ginger
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 0.25 c Water
Extras
- 2 tbsp Olive oil, or any high heat oil like avocado oil

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
2. Season both sides of the chicken and let it marinate for 1-2 hours
3. In a medium skillet, add 2 tablespoons oil and brown both sides of your chicken. This should take about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Take the chicken out of the skillet and set to the side as we make the sauce.
5. In the same skillet, add all of the ingredients for the sauce and whisk until all of the ingredients are combined.
6. Bring to a boil then turn off the heat.
7. Add the chicken back in with the skin side facing down. Cook for 25 minutes.
8. After 25 minutes, flip the chicken so the skin is facing up. Raise the temperature to 375 and cook for another 25 minutes.
9. Pairs well with chicken and rice. Serve hot!
