Ingredients

For the sauce
- 3 tbsp Butter, 1 tbsp for when cooking chicken and 2 tbsps for sauce
- 4 Ground cloves, minced
- 2 c Heavy cream
- 1 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 1 tsp pepper
- 0.25 tsp Chili flakes, or more if you like more spice
- 2 tbsp reserved pasta water
- 0.5 c fresh shredded parmesan cheese
For the chicken
- 1.5 pounds Chicken breasts, cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp for chicken and 1 tbsp to cook chicken
- 1 tbsp chicken seasoning
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
For the pasta
- 16 oz Pasta, I used bowties
- 6 fl oz Water
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Salt

Directions

For the pasta
1. In a large pot, add water and dry seasonings. Bring to a boil.
2. Add in your pasta and cook according to package instructions until it is al dente.
3. Do not forgot to save your pasta water.
4. Drain the rest of the water out of the pasta and set aside until needed.
For the sauce and chicken
1. Start by adding your cubed chicken to a large bowl. Then, drizzle in your olive oil and mix.
2. Then add in all dry seasonings and combine until chicken is well coated.
3. To a large saucepan on medium high heat, add in butter and olive oil to the pan. Let the butter melt.
4. Add in half of your chicken, this helps with the pan not being overcrowded and will give your chicken a chance to crisp on the outside.
5. Cook chicken all the way through until it reaches at least 165F. Remove chicken and add to a plate; set aside.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until all chicken is cooked.
7. Once all chicken is removed from pan, add in butter and let it melt.
8. Add in minced garlic and saute until fragrant.
9. Add in heavy cream followed by dry seasonings.
10. Lower the heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
11. Add in pasta water and shredded parmesan cheese and mix until cheese has fully melted.
12. Add pasta into your sauce followed by chicken and combine until both the sauce and chicken is covered.
13. Turn off the heat and let sit for at least 5 minutes.
14. Serve and enjoy! Feel free to add more cheese and fresh parsley on top.
