- 2 lb chuck roast
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp liquid smoke
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Pineapple Juice
- 0.25 c Soy sauce

Directions

Marinating the Steak
1. Add all your ingredients except for the steak to a bowl, and mix very well.
2. Once everything is fully mixed, add your steak & marinate in the fridge, covered, overnight.
Dehydrating the Steak
1. The next day take your steak and place it in your dehydrator on high for 6 - 8 hours.
2. If you don’t have a dehydrator use your oven at 180F for 2-3 hours.
Serving and Storage
1. Let cool for 20-30 minutes then serve immediately.
2. This is good to be stored in a ziplock bag on the counter for up to 5 days, but it won’t last that long I promise.
