- 1 c low fat cottage cheese
- 0.5 c Mozzarella, shredded, plus more for sprinkling on top
- 0.5 c marinara sauce
- mini pepperoni
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Basil, optional

Directions

Directions
1. In a blender, add cottage cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and a little bit of marinara to get it to blend.
2. Once blended, add mozzarella cheese and mix together by hand.
3. Salt to taste.
4. In an oven safe dish, add the blended cottage cheese mixture.
5. Top with the rest of the marinara and sprinkle with more mozzarella cheese.
6. Add pepperoni slices as desired.
7. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until cheese has melted.
8. Garnish with optional basil and enjoy with garlic bread, tortilla chips or bread sticks.
