Ingredients

Noodles and Vegetables
- 7 oz rice noodles
- 0.5 c green cabbage
- 0.5 c purple cabbage
- 1 Carrot, shredded or julienned
- 0.5 c edamame
- 2 Green onion, sliced
Sauce
- 0.5 c peanut butter powder
- 0.25 c Coconut aminos
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 clove Garlic, pressed or minced
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.25 c water

Directions

Prepare the Sauce
1. In a bowl, add your peanut butter powder, coconut aminos, sesame oil, garlic cloves, salt, lime juice, honey and water.
2. Mix thoroughly until combined.
Prepare the Ingredients
1. Cook your rice noodles according to package.
2. Slice your cabbage into thin slices and shred or julienne your carrots.
3. Slice your green onions.
Combine and Marinate
1. In a bowl, add your rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, edamame, and green onions.
2. Add half of the sauce to the bowl of noodles and toss to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Final Steps
1. If the rice noodles have absorbed all of the sauce and it is a little dry, add the remainder of the sauce.
