Sandwich
- 2 slices gluten free bread
- 0.5 c sautéed spinach
- 4 slices turkey
- 3 slices Tomato
- Red onion slices
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
- 0.5 tbsp chipotle sauce

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
2. Spread the honey mustard or lite honey mustard on one slice of bread.
3. Top with the turkey, tomato, red onion, and sautéed spinach.
4. Drizzle with chipotle sauce.
5. Place the other slice of bread on top, with the honey mustard or lite honey mustard side down.
Cooking
1. Place the panini in the panini press or grill pan and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the bread is golden brown.
Serving
1. Cut the panini in half and serve.
