Ingredients

- 12 pcs. chicken tenders
- 1.25 c dill pickle juice
- 2 Eggs
- 1.5 c potato chips

Directions

1. Place chicken in a shallow bowl and cover with the pickle juice.
2. Cover and marinate for 8 hours in the fridge.
3. Drain chicken and pat completely dry with paper towels.
4. Discard the marinade.
5. In a medium bowl, beat together the whole egg.
6. In a shallow bowl or bag, crush potato chips to look like bread crumbs.
7. Working with one piece at a time, dip the chicken in the egg mixture, then into the bread crumbs, gently pressing to adhere.
8. Shake off any excess and place on a work surface.
9. Generously spray both sides of the chicken with oil.
10. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
11. Working in batches, arrange a single layer of chicken in the air fryer basket.
12. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until cooked through, crispy and golden.
13. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
