- 0.5 cup Milk, or dairy free sub
- 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded or dairy free sub
- 0.25 lb honey ham, diced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp chipotle sauce

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Mixing the Ingredients
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, oat milk, salt, and pepper. Add to baking dish.
2. Add the bread slices to the egg mixture.
3. Top the bread and eggs with ham and cheese.
Baking
1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
2. Let cool slightly before serving.
Final Touch
1. Drizzle chipotle sauce on top.
