Ingredients

Fillings
- Halloumi cheese
- Red bell pepper
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Red onion
- Parsley, Optional
Honey Glaze
- 0.25 c Honey
- 2 tbsp water, plus additional to get to the consistency in my video
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika, adjust to taste
- 2 tsp Red pepper flakes, adjust to taste
- 2 clove Garlic, minced and added to pan to cook first before honey glaze is poured in
White Sauce - this is a bulk recipe for multiple flatbreads
- 75 g mayo
- 75 g Greek yogurt, 0%
- 0.25 Lemon, juiced, add more to you preference
- 15 Black pepper, cranks
- 2 tbsp Herbs de Provence/Oregano
- Salt, to taste
- 0.5 tsp MSG

Directions

1. Slice up your vegetables and halloumi cheese into long, thin strips.
2. Combine white sauce ingredients in a bowl. Place in fridge.
3. Preheat a nonstick pan over medium-low, spray it with oil, and sear halloumi until browned.
4. Combine honey glaze ingredients in a bowl, then pour into pan.
5. Add all ingredients to your flatbread and enjoy.
