Grilled Tomato and Garlic Burger Recipe (with Video)

Prepare the Roasted Tomatoes
1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
2. Place half a garlic bulb and the halved cherry tomatoes on a sheet of aluminum foil.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic and tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle with salt and add fresh rosemary.
5. Close the foil packet securely.
6. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Prepare the Burger
1. Smash the roasted garlic onto the bottom half of the toasted bun.
2. Add slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the garlic.
3. Grill the bottom bun (with garlic and cheese) and the top bun until the cheese melts.
Assemble the Burger
1. Mix the roasted tomatoes with the olive oil from the foil.
2. Place the roasted tomato mixture on top of the melted mozzarella.
3. Cook the beef patty according to your preference (grill, pan-fry, etc.).
4. Place the cooked beef patty on top of the tomato mixture.
5. Add a generous amount of shredded lettuce on top of the beef patty.
6. Drizzle your favorite burger sauce over the lettuce.
7. Top the burger with the grilled top bun.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Grilled Tomato and Mozzarella Burger!
