Ingredients

Sourdough Baguette
- 1 pcs sourdough baguette
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- 8 slices eggplant slices
- 1 pcs Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 pcs Tomato, thinly sliced
- 6 pcs cevapi
Greek Yogurt Sauce
- 1 c Greek yogurt
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 pcs Lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp Sriracha, to taste
- 30 g iceberg lettuce

Directions

Preheat the grill
1. If you haven't done so already, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the Cevapi
1. Grill the cevapi sausages until fully cooked, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. This should take about 10-12 minutes.
Prepare the Greek Yogurt Sauce
1. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and sriracha. Adjust the sriracha to your preferred level of spiciness. Set aside.
Slice and Toast the Baguette
1. Cut the sourdough baguette into individual sandwich-sized pieces. Toast the pieces on the grill until they achieve a golden brown color.
Assemble the Sandwiches
1. Spread ajvar on one side of the toasted baguette.
2. Layer roasted eggplant slices, red onion, tomato, and grilled cevapi on top.
3. Drizzle the Greek yogurt sauce over the filling.
4. Add a handful of shredded iceberg lettuce for crunch.
Serve
1. Close the sandwiches with the remaining slices of toasted baguette.
