Ingredients

For the sauce
- 0.5 Red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 Radishes, julienned
- 2 Serrano peppers, sliced
- 2 Tbs Lime juice
- 1 Tbs Olive oil
- pinch salt and black pepper
For the tacos
- 0.33333333333333331 cup Avocado oil
- 1 pasilla chile
- 4 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 Tbs Paprika
- 2 Tbs Lime juice
- 4 Tbs Cilantro, washed, disinfected and chopped
- pinch salt flower and fresh black pepper
- 5 Portobello mushrooms, halved
- 8 Corn tortillas

Directions

For the sauce
1. Mix all the ingredients and place to the side.
To serve
1. In a bowl, mix the oil, pasilla chili, garlic, paprika, lime juice, cilantro stems, salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms and mix perfectly to integrate.
2. Cook the marinated mushrooms in a hot grill until soft and has grill marks. Once they are ready, remove from the fire and rest for 2 minutes. Slice in thick slices.
3. Heat the tortillas in the grill or in a comal and assemble the mushroom carne asada and salsa tacos.
4. Accompany with limes.
5. Share and enjoy.
