- 1 handful Strawberries, halved
- 1 bag rocket
- 0.5 block feta
- nuts
Dressing
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 Lemon, juiced
- 1 handful Mint leaves, finely chopped
- pinch Salt
- pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Mustard

Directions

Grilling the peaches
1. Lightly oil your grill (or pan) so the peach slices don’t stick.
2. Then grill them for 3-4 minutes on each side until lightly brown.
3. If you’re using a pan, you might need to reduce the time so they don’t get too soft.
