- Salt
- 1 c Olive oil
Pasta Salad
- 0.5 lb Pasta
- 1 c mini heirloom tomatoes
- 0.25 c kalamata olives
- 1 c Persian cucumbers
- 0.333 c Red onion
- 0.5 c bell pepper
- Feta cheese
- Salt

Directions

Directions for Pasta Preparation
1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse and let cool.
2. Chop all ingredients for pasta salad and set aside.
Directions for Green Goddess Dressing
1. Wash herbs well for green goddess dressing.
2. In a food processor, add all green goddess dressing ingredients. Blend well. Add more olive oil if you want a thinner consistency.
Final Assembly
1. In a large bowl, add pasta, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, bell peppers, olives, and green goddess dressing. Mix well.
2. Add feta and salt to taste. Add more dressing if needed.
3. Mix well and taste.
