- 200 g gluten-free flour pre-mix
- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 1 tsp ground flax
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tbs Oil
- 0.25 cup Water

Directions

1. In a large bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, buckwheat flour, flax and salt. Mix until it’s fully incorporated and make a hole in the center of the mound.
2. Pour the eggs and oil and start integrating all the ingredients. Knead with your hands until getting an elastic and smooth dough; if necessary, add 1 tbsp of water at a time if it’s too dry.
3. You can use your dough immediately, just roll and with a ring cutter, cut out your wrappers, stuff and enjoy.
