- 150 grams Almond flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 70 grams Dutch process cocoa powder
- 100 grams Brown sugar
- 120 grams Chocolate, chopped
- 4 Eggs
- 200 grams Almond milk
- 100 grams Olive oil
- 60 grams agave syrup
- 300 grams banana, ripe and mashed
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions

1. Mix the eggs, sugar until thoroughly mixed. Next, mix in the olive oil, honey, banana, vanilla extract and almond milk together in a bowl until homogeneous. Set aside.
2. Next, sift all the dry ingredients together into the wet mixture and fold in together with the chopped chocolate until just mixed through.
3. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes and let rest for 30 minutes before consuming.
