- 0.5 squash
- sitaw (yardlong beans)
- 0.5 White onion, chopped
- 2 thumbs ginger
- 5 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.75 lbs pork belly
- 2.5 c Coconut milk
- 1 c water, (some water to boil the pork as well)
- 1 tbsp bagoong (shrimp paste)
- 1 Knorr Pork cube
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- Fish sauce, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Cut the squash, sitaw, onion, ginger, garlic, and pork belly.
2. Boil the pork in a pan on high heat until the water evaporates.
3. Fry until golden brown and crispy on medium low heat.
4. Add in garlic, onions and ginger with the pork belly.
5. Add bagoong shrimp paste and combine ingredients.
6. Pour in 2.5 cups of coconut milk and 1 cup of water. Cover and bring to a boil.
7. Add 1 pork cube and the squash.
8. Boil on medium high heat for 10 minutes or until the squash is fork tender.
9. Mash up some pieces using the spoon to have a slight yellow color.
10. Add the sitaw to the pan.
11. Season with fish sauce and pepper to taste.
12. Let the mixture simmer so the flavors can come together.
13. Enjoy with white rice!
