Garlicky Green Onion Pasta Sauce Recipe (with Video)

Directions
1. Add butter to pan over medium-low heat.
2. Add garlic using a microplane or grater.
3. Whisk into butter and let simmer together until garlic becomes fragrant, 1-2 minutes.
4. Add green onion whites and stir into butter.
5. Let simmer until onions start to caramelize and become golden, 3-5 minutes.
6. Add pasta of choice and toss with buttery onion mixture.
7. Add parmesan and pasta water and toss together until sauce thickens and cheese becomes melty.
8. Top with parmesan and green onion greens.
