- 5 Garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp White pepper, optional

Directions

Preparation of Snow Pea Leaves
1. Snap off the tough ends of snow pea leaves and remove any curly tendrils if there are any.
2. Wash thoroughly under cold water and drain.
Stir Frying the Snow Pea Leaves
1. Heat a wok over high heat until smoking and add oil, then turn the heat down to medium-low and add sliced garlic.
2. Fry for 20-30 seconds until fragrant and slightly brown.
3. Add the snow pea leaves and turn the heat to high.
4. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until they turn deep green and tender.
Seasoning and Serving
1. Add salt and white pepper. Mix well.
2. Turn off the heat and serve.
