Ingredients

Main Ingredients
- 1 lbs Shrimp, large or x-large, peeled
- 10 oz Asparagus, trimmed off the end and cut into 2” pieces
- 2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- pinch Salt
- pinch Ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Thai chili sauce
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Sriracha, optional
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil, optional

Directions

Prepare the Sauce
1. In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients. Mix well and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus, broccoli, and bell pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are soft, Stir occasionally.
2. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
Prepare the Shrimp
1. Pat the shrimps dry with a paper towel.
2. In the same pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat then toss in the shrimp. Saute for about 3 minutes until they are pink and cooked through.
Combine and Cook
1. While the shrimp are still cooking, return the sautéd vegetable back into the pan, then pour in the prepared sauce.
2. Reduce the heat to low. Toss and stir everything together. Turn off the heat once the sauce starts to thicken and everything is coated in the sauce.
Serve
1. Serve the shrimps warm with a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onions, chopped parsley, or sesame seeds if desired.
