Ingredients

Pumpkin Recipe
- 2 mini pumpkin
- 6 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt, reduce the amount if using regular salt
- 2 tbsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Corn starch

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Line an 8” x 8” casserole dish with aluminum foil.
3. In the casserole dish, add pumpkin chunks, minced garlic, olive oil, garlic salt, parsley flakes, black pepper. Mix everything until the pumpkin chunks are well coated with the seasonings.
4. Sprinkle the cornstarch over the pumpkin mixture. Toss to combine.
5. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until the pumpkin chunks are tender and have a slight golden edge.
6. Remove the garlic roasted pumpkin from the oven. Transfer to a serving dish and serve it warm.
7. Enjoy!
