Rice
- 1 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 2 c jasmine rice
- 2 c water
- pinch Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Preparation of Garlic Rice
1. In a medium pot on medium heat, add oil and garlic paste.
2. Add the rice with water, a pinch of salt and mix well.
3. Bring the water to a boil.
4. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until the rice is cooked and fluffy.
5. Add the fresh parsley, butter and parmesan cheese and mix well.
6. Add any extra garlic, parsley or cheese if desired.
7. Enjoy!
