Main Ingredients
- 2 salmon filet, cut into small pieces
- 2 c cooked rice
- 2 tbsp Cooking oil
- Parmesan, grated
- 1 Green onion, chopped
Salmon Seasoning
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

Directions

Preparing the Salmon
1. Cut the salmon fillet into small bite-sized pieces.
2. Put the salmon into a bowl and add the salmon seasonings - mix well.
3. In a frying pan, add cooking oil and cook the salmon over low-medium heat for around 1-2 minutes on each side.
Adding the Sauce
1. Add in the sauce and mix well.
2. Add more soy sauce if it is too bland for your liking.
Final Touches
1. Grate some parmesan and top it on the salmon rice.
2. Sprinkle with some chopped green onion.
