Directions

1. add your garlic to a pan large enough to accommodate leavinging about a half an inch to the top
2. cover in olive oil
3. add any herbs you want
4. place in oven for 35 minutes with a sheet tray under the pan your garlic is in
5. store in fridge. oil may solidify so before use just bring out at room temp for around 30 minutes
