Ingredients

Bok Choy Recipe
- 4 bok choy bulbs
- 5 clove Garlic, sliced
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- pinch Salt

Directions

1. Trim off the bottom of the bok choy and separate the leaves.
2. Rinse the bok choy leaves with water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
3. Heat some oil in a large non-stick wok or skillet over medium heat.
4. Add sliced garlic and cook for about 20 seconds to bring out its fragrance.
5. Add the bok choy to the wok and stir-fry until they become soft.
6. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and salt. Continue to sauté for about 2 minutes.
7. Plate the bok choy and serve it with some white rice.
8. Enjoy!
