Chicken Wings
- 20 Chicken wings, 2 lbs
- 0.5 Onion, minced
- 6 clove Garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Korean red pepper
- 6 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp starch syrup
- 1.5 c water

Directions

Preparation
1. Mince the garlic and onion.
2. Wash the chicken wings in cold water and dry with a paper towel.
Cooking the chicken
1. Add oil in a pan and fry the chicken on medium heat for 5 minutes with the lid on - remember to flip the chicken.
2. After 5 mins, add in all the ingredients and mix well.
3. Simmer on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, without lid. Continue to stir while the sauce becomes thick.
Garnishing
1. Top with sesame seed and green onion.
