- 16 oz Ful Medames Cans
- 1 Tomatoes
- 1 Onion
- 1 Jalapeño
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 0.5 c Fresh parsley
- salt and pepper
- Olive oil, to top with

Directions

1. 1. Dice on onions, tomatoes, garlic and Jalapaneo.
2. 2. In avocado oil, sauté half of the onion, half of the tomato, garlic clove and half of the Jalapaneo.
3. 3. Add ful cans, and salt, pepper and cumin.
4. 4. Break down fava beans with a fork until you reach the consistency you like.
5. 5. Serve with the remainder of the veggies chopped in addition to chopped parsley and finish off with olive oil.
6. 6. Enjoy with pita bread.
