Frozen Mini Oreo Cheesecake Bites Recipe (with Video)

For the crust
1. Start by making your crust.
2. Crush your Oreos in the food processor.
3. Using half of the crushed Oreos, add melted butter to them.
4. Mix until the butter is combined.
5. Press the crust mixture into the bottoms of a muffin tin.
6. Put the crust in the freezer while you start on the filling.
For the filling
1. Add cream cheese, powdered sugar, Jello mix, vanilla extract, other half of the crushed Oreos, and heavy whipping cream to a food processor.
2. Mix the filling mixture for 1 minute.
3. Spoon filling mixture onto a piping bag or zip lock bag.
4. Fill each crust with the cheesecake filling.
5. Place back into the freezer for 30 minutes while you make the ganache.
For the ganache
1. To make a quick ganache, add dark chocolate chips and heavy whipping cream to a glass bowl.
2. Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments.
3. Stir in between to check.
4. Once the chips are almost melted, add a few more chocolate chips.
5. Finish stirring. Your ganache should be glossy.
6. Add the ganache to the top of your cheesecakes.
7. Decorate with mini Oreos etc.
Final steps
1. Freeze for 1 hour or overnight.
